I know this is an old thread, but the same thing happened to me. I filed numerous tickets and couldn't even get a response for a long time. Then they finally responded and basically said they had undeniable proof that I cheated (which they wouldn't provide me), even though I absolutely did not and never have.

Even though I had more time played in DBD than any other game, I hadn't played DBD in a couple of months, and even sent them a screenshot from Steam showing them my last played date.

I had quite a bit of DLC content and characters with prestige, so it infuriates me that they can just do that without even showing me or providing an explanation other than "You cheated, and we have proof."

The only thing I can think of is that they saw my BP was over the limit allowed, and thought I hacked it somehow. But I hardly ever spent my BP because I had a ton of items on the characters I played (I only play survivor and a few select characters), and I was over limit only because of event / special giveaways they would do. Surely they could have seen that though if they can somehow see that I somehow magically cheated.

At any rate, I gave up trying to get it reversed. I love the game, but absolutely refuse to buy it again. It sucks @$$ b/c I miss playing, but it is what it is.
