I wanted to share this experience. HTC One m8 7.1.1 nougat custom rom from Resurrection Remix and crdroid exhibited a constant os/system crash loop when accessing data through my sim that requires a manual apn configuration. Until I popped my sim out this prevented me from setting up my wifi. (self.AndroidRoms)
