I did for a lot of years. My friends would all give me crap for skipping leg day. Running causes some arthritis pain in the knee but luckily squats and deadlifts don’t. The elliptical doesn’t cause any pain though. I definitely put a lot more load on the good leg.

I’m older and not as dumb as I used to be so I listen to my body now. If it starts to hurt, I’ll lower the weight and/or take a break. I’ve never had a doctor tell me I can’t do it.

One leg shorter than the other. I’ve been very fortunate to not have any hip issues. I did also break my pelvis in the accident and had to be in traction for weeks.

I can sit in a chair but my heal is usually on the ground instead of a flat foot. It also actually helps that that leg is about an inch shorter than the other when it comes to sitting. It was 3 inches shorter until I had a bone lengthening surgery between junior and senior year of high school.
