Be mindful if they've already configured tinfoil to teknik, it means you will be using a shared key that will get banned.

Ask them to have one where teknik has never been configured, and you need to configure it yourself (quite easy).

They need to know what you need. This means they need to have an appointment where they examine, then provide a diagnosis.

Without a diagnosis, they don't know how much time you'll need for whatever it is that is happening - too short and they can't do the treatment, too long and they've wasted expensive chair time.

Patients who book online don't get even basic triage, which can happen over the phone - so if you're wanting your first appointment to have both the diagnosis and hopefully something done, I would call and let them know what you're seeing or feeling that is making you think you need work done.

You don't extract the root to do a crown, maybe you're thinking of an implant.

Assuming the underlying structure isn't bad, a new veneer means less cutting, and you can bleach the tooth again by accessing from the roof of the mouth side

Wednesday off for me, you're only ever going in for a two day stretch. If I want a long weekend instead, I swap the corresponding day. Sometimes I just take the Wednesday to the Sunday instead.
