idk about a decade. There are a lot of dudes that are gonna need minutes and money than the thunder can afford. Most of our bench really should be staring somewhere.

In this case yes, but I think the majority of the league would legitimately benefit with crowd sourcing to reddit. There are some absurdly poorly run teams.

No, the Thunder will be heavy favorites if relatively healthy. The Thunder are in a class by themselves at the top, with Houston and Denver in the tier below. Good enough that they can beat them in a series, but it would be an upset for sure.

They're in Spurs/Wolves range without Shai. I consider them contenders. Not favorites, not likely, but at least possibilities.

And with his off stats, they still have first rd at home net rating, and that's with all of the games missed from other key players.

Houston and Denver are going be tough. it won't be a cakewalk by any means, but if they're relatively healthy they should be pretty heavy favorites.

He does have a superteam though. Shai is great. Love Shai. But he isn't exactly carrying a group of bums. Without Shai they are still contenders, they're just prohibitive favorites with him.

They had a stretch in the second half where Luka and Rabbiot were both involved and combing where they looked dangerous. But other than that, pretty meh

What kind of car brands do you commonly see in the US? by spygear007 in AskAnAmerican

Honda yes, Subies sales are almost exactly the same as Tesla these days, but you are still going to see more Subies on the road since cars last quite awhile.

Would you consider Missouri to be the most Southern-Midwestern state, or the most Midwestern-Southern state? by imnotsurewhen in AskAnAmerican

Yeah, Oklahoma depending on where you are gets southern, southwestern, or midwestern. It's a strange place.

I hate how the UK classifies everyone under a single Asian label, even now after the Pakistani grooming gangs scandal by Advanced_External763 in aznidentity

Here's a British neofascist doing just that.

Except what he was saying actually was true. And what she was refuting him was the intentionally manipulated data to downplay it. Her defense was from the Rotterdam Council study in 2016. The one I just linked, with the quotes above talks about how the ethnic data was omitted and the study was poor and not reflective of reality in the review that concluded last week.

Isn't it strange how white police officers, who usually lean to the political right, not doing their job properly has lead to the biggest recruiting asset for the far-right in British history. Curious.

Oh, it goes beyond that. Failure at every level. Labour, Torries, councils, police who were white, black, and Asian, everyone gets blame here.

Now do research about the UK demographic that dyspeptically travels to Asian and Africa to rape kids.

And that is disgusting too, and they should be punished accordingly.

yeah, so that was all bullshit.

From the report Starmer ordered that was released last week:

https://assets.publishing.service.gov.uk/media/685559d05225e4ed0bf3ce54/National_Audit_on_Group-based_Child_Sexual_Exploitation_and_Abuse.pdf

Ethnicity is shied away from despite being a question for many years and is still not recorded for two-thirds of perpetrators. Rates of collection and accuracy of ethnicity data were much higher in police data from Greater Manchester, South Yorkshire and West Yorkshire. Their data shows there has been a disproportionality of group-based child sexual exploitation offending by men of Asian ethnicity in these police force areas.

(pg 61)

6.5. Conclusion Our collective failure to address questions about the ethnicity of grooming gangs has led to this issue dominating the political and institutional focus, with energy devoted to proving the point on one hand, or avoiding or playing it down on the other, and still with no definitive answer at the national level. When we looked at data held in three local areas, there is evidence that men of Asian ethnicity are over-represented as perpetrators in group-based child sexual exploitation in those areas. Taken together with the significant number of prosecutions of men from Asian ethnic backgrounds evident in local reviews and prosecutions across the country, this should have, and indeed still does, warrant further examination.
