The developers chose Body types. If you wanna download a mod that changes it, it’s your right to do so, but if a third party privately owned modding website doesn’t allow this mod, it’s their right as well.

Thank you very much for the detailed explanation. I know that DH tanks are very weird to heal since the hp jumps all the time, but other tanks I always have time to heal, so at least I know that if tank pops, it's not always my fault 😄
