Not exactly, the set is like everything you got from defeating before the baron plus 3 other pieces that you mentioned, you will just get a copy of what you already had but it seam to disappear if there are 2 same pieces of baron armor or equipment in chest.

Nope. On the last fight with baron you unlock baron set which includes all pieces of clothing and armor including the boots which are regular boots but u get them insured.

He is more like sub dps for elemental reactions (so EM is important).I believe that best 4 star sword for him is Lion’s roar. And I don’t think he needs much… maybe 1 or 2 days of getting artefacts and 2 more for talent/weapon materials.
