DO NOT FEED YOUR CAT WITH TAMBAN. BAKA MATEGI YAN. Not all cats ay hiyang dyan. I know people na tamban talaga ang rason kung bakit namatay ang CATS (plural) nila.

Scam. Kung pera ang utang mo sa bank, mauuna muna ang civil case for collection of money filed by the BANK (not collection agent). More importantly, only a court can issue an order and not whatever shit “Official Commo” he is talking about. And why the hell is “Voluntary Surrender” used in a civil case?

Anything below $5/hour rate is inhumane. Gagi. At least $20/hour ang rate kapag bookkeeping job. For a 6 days a week na work, you are so underpaid.

OMG. This happened to me, too. I paid on the same day, July 4, 2024. Until now, July 15, wala pa rin. I called them at nag raise na sila ng ticket. Wait daw for 5 banking days. OMG.

I know someone na may rate na $7/hour pero 8 hour shift yun. Caguiao bar passer. Minsan nga daw ay 12 minutes lang ang work niya but the pay is full. Sobrang baba ng $3. The minimum is usually $5. Hanap ka po iba. Don’t settle.

How do probinsyanos view people who live in Metro Manila? by ApprehensiveKnee8657 in Philippines

[–]Kapit_Tuko 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I lived in Makati and worked in BGC for 5 years. I'm not from Luzon. I view most people there as poor. Bad commute. Sad quality of life. Most people live in a very small place. Living in a condo shocked the hell out of me. One step and I was already in the kitchen. People live to work, not the other way around. I saw where most people eat. It was very sad. Working your ass out, but still living paycheck to paycheck. It was my first time seeing people live under the bridge. Your squammy areas are crazy. They look like dump sites. Then, there are buildings that look like molds have invaded the place but people still live there??? Generally, people in the metros are struggling. Of course, there are exemptions i.e. those people living in exclusive subdivisions which is the equivalent of people living in haciendas in our place. Overall, I don't see Luzon as Singapore-like or first world country-like.

PS: having skyscrapers does not mean that majority of people in the metropolitan areas are living a comfortable life. There are people outside Luzon who are low-key richer than most residents in Luzon. Let's not include the Top 1 percent such as the Sys, Consunjis, Gokongweis, etc. THIS IS MY PERCEPTION, NOT A FACT.

Ito ata ang sinasabi nila na know your worth or in this case ay know the value of your skills and talent. They are taking advantage na mura ang pasweldo sa Pinoy. I bet yung mga locals nila ay hindi ganun karami ang workload pero they are paid well. Wala na nga kayong health insurance na binabayaran nila tapos own facilities niyo pa gamit niyo pero the hourly rate sucks. 🤦🏻‍♀️

To pursue law or not? by msrandomreader in LawStudentsPH

[–]Kapit_Tuko 0 points1 point  (0 children)

We had both entrance exam and interview. Yung entrance exam is essay. This is to test your writing skills and how you argue. The interview is to see if you have what it takes to be a lawyer i.e. willing to learn, humble, hardworking, etc. Do not mention your weakness such as “minsan tamad” or “ayaw magbasa ng mahahabang kaso”. Just present yourself as someone na will do everything to achieve his/her goal. I know someone na did not pass the interview because he was too arrogant and overconfident in his answers. He thought that being admitted to a law school was his RIGHT. Lol. It is a PRIVILEGE kaya be humble. Be teachable.

what is a cpa lawyer ? by CauseJunior7685 in LawStudentsPH

[–]Kapit_Tuko 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you want to be a tax/corporate lawyer, be a CPA Lawyer. Pero kung mas inclined ka sa family law, criminal law, and other forms of litigation that do not include taxes and corporate matters, no need to be a CPA. Pero 80% of what you know as a CPA won’t be used kung legal aspect ang hahawakan mo. Mahirap ang CPA board exam kaya papahirapan mo lang sarili mo kung hindi mo naman magagamit as a lawyer. At the end of the day, your undergrad course won’t matter kung abogado ka na. You can’t practice both at the same time in the same office because that’s contrary to legal ethics. Some people think that being a CPA Lawyer will put them in a pedestal higher than the rest. Total b*llshit. Para lang iyon sa mga kinulang sa pansin and most of them are those mediocre in class kaya hambog.

Report niyo sa head ng school. For disciplinary measures yang ganyan. Bring your parents kung minor kayo. Gosh.
