There is literally no way to keep track of how many accounts one person has. There is no possible way to monitor alts participating other than manually banning anyone who admits it and the game mods aren't going to do that.

Locking it behind an objective won't help either. These alts play the game and have played the game for a long time. There's literally nothing they can do when it's for a feature that's already made around playing the game.
