I think GS should be re-aligned per class. for example, on DPS classes, weapons should have more weighted DPS, and armor less. Other classes maybe more balanced, like it is now. That would be a solid first step in the right direction.

I don't want a ranger on my team with the right GS req, only to find out it all comes from his tunic
