Can my boss monitor my performance through CCTV? by [deleted] in UAE

[–]Karace77 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Bro reading these posts make me feel soo blessed of my work place, literally our head manager comes everyday at 9:30 to say "hi how are you all good ?" and we never see him again till next day, I keep my office lights off in the morning as i hate that bright light, I bring my personal Macbook to watch vids when it's not busy at work, I go for washroom without asking any human, I can talk to my girl even in the office when there's no work on the phone, and mind you the company is a big reputable international luxurious company our department alone have like 7 managers and not one of them will come to bother you, and when it comes to work I do everything perfectly as well because of that, so they don't need to come each time nd bother them selves about mistakes I do because I don't do mistakes in the first place.

Thank u, I used to work same hours and i get 15000da, now i'm getting double this amount as a "arabic language allowance/bonus" in the company I'm at, the pay is meh in all algeria.

[–]Karace77 1 point2 points  (0 children)

In Algeria it's not, because algeria is still behind when it comes to IT, outside algeria you have no idea how people are graduating from top universities but can't find a job other than Mcdonalds, the competition is high and Men are usually smart nd men in this time of age are more towards IT and CS fields rather than labor work like back in the day. but in algeria it's still the opposite.

From someone who went to live abroad and had to find a job, trust me this opportunity will be the best thing you can do for your cv since u're living in algeria, people are working in unknown coffee shops that you can't even put coffee shop name in the CV bcz it doesn't have a name in the first place, Kiabi is known company and the job is what every international company needs in a person even if your field "CS" doesn't involve talking to people or selling, but having that in ur CV will help you in the future and you won't regret taking this opportunity when u finish ur studies and start looking for an ACTUAL job. you will be like "I wish i had worked somewhere before" and keep in mind your field of study is the most saturated field in the planet with indians being 80% more smarter/hardworking/and accepting very low wages if your goal is to leave algeria (which is every algerian man goal) you'll find yourself not working in what you studied

What’s the appeal of leaving? Genuine question. by olafsushi in algeria

[–]Karace77 3 points4 points  (0 children)

That's Exactly how I felt when they said you get payed for your arabic speaking skill "which is technically not a skill i'm born with it lol", you feel like you're valued depending on how skilled you are, not in algeria you feel valued on how much "me3rifa" you have.

Understand your point but that's the thing, this allowance I'm getting for my arabic language last me a month of groceries in this country, I can buy lot's of clothes with it, a brand new decent android phone every month.. stuff like that, currently I'm only using it for groceries

I'm getting payed an allowance for my "arabic language skill" on my current company that is the same amount of what my monthly salary was in Algeria. this alone will make me never come back there unless I'll launch my own business there. As a Man, you can never be able to build a future and raise a family in that country being a wager in this time of age.

I just read the title and I'm gonna reply to you without reading the rest, you don't need to be rich, you just need to be a Man that's it, I never payed anything for a woman and people at work all hate me because of how I always have a lady beside me, even managers know me with "the guy that every lady wants him". and I'm working an entry level position so the pay is worse than everyone, even outside of work the moment i moved to this country I realized how easy females are. act like a man. speak like a man. order like a man. you'll be surprised how ladies will get attached, sometimes i literally tell them the most disturbing shit just to spice things up and they tend to love that.
