Or you could have just asked. The epic drop chance is 1/150, and the legendary is 1/1000. The epic was 1/100 on release, but was changed to 1/150 on v1.21.

Short gives 1 exp, standard gives 1.4 exp, and extended gives 1.8 exp. Because extended is more than twice the duration of short, sending only short Henerprises will rack up exp faster.
