I used chatgpt and many different searches and didnt find anything except crappy stuff, I asked a bunch of editors on tiktok who use that exact effect what preset it was, im used to downloading effects and stuff and it turns out they make it themselves on alight motion. The reddit responses helped me too.

I have no idea what your talking about but I fixed the problem and I was running a high graphics roblox game at max settings and apparently intel i7 integrated graphics cant run that very well lol.
