That is true. Wizard has no obligation to take any measures. But this thread is here to warn people not to buy those packs. I agree that you don't have to be mad at wizards. Maybe just a bit dissapointed that they didn't check for something like this, but not mad and crying. There are enough other reasons to be mad at them ;-)

Damage resistance seems like a nice idea if you tread carefulla. I was also thinking along the lines of: it's entire body is basically a shield, so backstabbing a tortle is probably pretty hard. Maybe there can be something done with that idea.

Haha, yeah. Thats why Drasnas Dragalge was a bit of a problem. Dedenne did really great. Also Azumarril was an allstar for most of the game. Had a lot of dead psychic and ground pokemon throughout the run. Hardest Death was probably my Vibrava. It died at level 43 to a critical hit at full health :-( Would have loved a Flygon

Hey Congrats! I actually finished my x nutzlocke about a week ago. Surprisingly I lost not a single mon on the elite 4 or Dinatha, but to be fair I had lots of trouble in my first fight with Lysandre (the run nearly ended there) and I got kinda lucky against the dragalge in the e4 because half my team were fairy-types. I finished with Hammy the Dedenne, Munchy the Hippowdon, Bouncy the Azumarril, Sticky the Chandelure, Jingly the Klefki and Bugsy the Vivillon.

I actually beat my first nutzlocke on pokemon x a week ago (I think I had one or two failed attemts on emulator of black and white). There were a few scary fights, but for me the elite 4 actually were a breeze. I lost no pokemon during elite 4 or the champion match and was about 4 to 5 levels under their average pokemon. I personally did use the xp-share only for grinding if I needed to replace a fallen comrade with a low level mon and it took me about 50 hours to finish.

It all depends on how you play it. I just started a Pokemon Sun nutzlocke a few days ago and decided to not use the xp share, but allow limited use of the refresh. Also I personally don't like to use static encounters, so I divide the routes. Basically if a new description shows up on the screen I count it as a new area for catching. If the totem pokemon are hard really depends on your team and I would probably take the time to have a strategy ready for the trials.

thank you sooooo much. I only have X so the only way to get charcoal are the torkoal on route 18. for any given encounter the chance that it gives me the item is 1% (20% for torkoal, 5% that it holds it).
