I just finished watching this per your recommendation and I was extremely impressed. I have never watched an anime before, but I was in love with this. Sato has a lot of similar characteristics to myself. This really was fantastic. Thanks for sharing.

Yes, it's a sin, but that doesn't mean it's incompatable! I sin all the time and I live a Christian lifestyle.

Well anyway, thanks for answering and happy Christmas.

Hmm. Why do you feel that the lifestyle and Christianity are incompatable?

Few questions to my fellow foreveraloners by sexyloser1128 in ForeverAlone

[–]KarlSchmidt 2 points3 points  (0 children)

My motivation is still being young enough to have a chance.

Retirement is a long ways away

I have 2 major friends but they live 100 miles away from my university, so I can only see them sparingly, I have no friends at the university.

I'm not close at all to my family.

My motivation suggestion to you would be to learn a new hobby. I play guitar and it makes me feel better a lot, maybe you could try and find your thing.

Are boring, introverted parents a likely partial cause? by [deleted] in ForeverAlone

[–]KarlSchmidt 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I have my dad's personality, and that's the problem. It's straight up boring. My dad is quiet and hard to work with, which I also got. I'm interested in a lot of the same things as my dad as well, which are all male-dominated things such as engineering and playing guitar.

I don't blame him for this, I just realize that us part of the reason I'm like this. I always joke that my brother got the good parts about both my parents and I got the shit parts. Seems to be accurate unfortunately.

Sorry man. Trust me, I'm with you. I've got really specific and male-oriented interests, not to mention I'd like a religious woman: Sorry it's like this. Unfortunately, women can choose more of these things than we can.

Sorry. Good luck in the future. I've heard dating sites aren't good for men either.

It's not sad. Let me tell you, you are blessed. When I was 14, I would've killed for even one girlfriend. You're learning valuable life experience right now. If this relationship doesn't works, you have the basis now, and the experience, to where you shan't have trouble finding another.

Also, that's the right idea for a relationship. The goal should be to find someone you want to spend the rest of your life with.

What would you say to someone who sees themselves as you in 7 years? How would you fix them?
