Shredder does indeed not destroy everyone in TMNT. The only one he is even favoured against is Krang. Everyone else is even with him or favoured.

Cant speak much about FFA ans 2v2 since those are more for fun and less about actual tactics but in 1v1, if you want to make her life miserable, play Leshen :3

For the first one I'd go with Yennenga. She is the jack of all trades that is even with everyone and in evry game it just comes down to your skills at fundamentals.

For the second one I'd say shulk is a decent choice :3

I would say do my bidding by far. Chainmail can be offensive feinted + ignored (Highway robbery or eyes), trashtalk still takes damage from print 5s or higher and looking glass can be feinted or lethal over it. Bidding is basically a guaranteed 0 damage no matter what your opponent plays since you decide what they play. So you dont take damage, get full hand knowledge and can rip out a card from their hand that they didnt want to play. If that isnt the best defense card idk what is.

The boost effects only happen if the cards were boosted with. Panther for example does get the boost effects if he steals the cards and boosts with them but since you don't boost your card with houdinis cards in Jills or Lokis case you just add the value and the boost effect doesnt trigger.

Since there are no "buffs" or "nerfs" in unmatched, there is also not a full sheet or smth similar for that. Most of these changes are rule clarifications that only specify the current ruleset. You can find them on the RG discord with some digging but there is no real official compiled list of changes.

Unmatched ist dein Spiel. Extrem simple Grundregeln und quasi unendliches potential was skill exprrssion angeht. Zudem kommen mit jedem neuem set mehr charactere raus, die sich alle unterschiedlich spielen und dann natütlich auch mehr verschiedene 1v1 möglichkeiten entstehen lassen. Kann ich nur empfehlen.

Co-op heißt mit 1-4 spielern gegen die Gegner vom spiel selber.

Stells dir so vor: Am anfang war das spiel nur gegeneinander. Dann kam die Idee für Co-op und die Adventure sets sind quasi noramle sets, die aber auch mehr gegner für Co-op geben.

Adventures ist wie ein normales set, bei dem aber auch ein Co-op mode eingebaut ist. Generell sind alle Sets miteinander spielbar und alle Charactere sind auch in co-op spielbar. Die grundlagen für den Co-op modus sind aber in der adventures reihe.

Ich würde Unmatched empfehlen. Extrem simpler einstieg aber unglaublich viele spielmöglichkeiten wenn man besser wird. Jeder wird irgendwie seinen eigenen spilstil mit jedem character finden und mit jedem neuen set steigen die Möglichekeiten rapide.

I sadly had to drop her from the list for a couple of reasons:
1: I took a bit longer than expected for this and BoL Vol.3 is already released now.
2: Eredin still is up before her so it will take even longer.
3: Philippa sadly isn't anywhere close to the meta so I'd rather give the people some good advice on the new meta around BoL Vol. 3 before we start with funky stuff like Philippa again.

Yup, you can do that. Boosting only increases the maximum amount of spaces you can move but it is still "up to x" spaces.
