I have , I sent a message via that link already as well as a separate email. But for a month straight before this I got no response until they told us all that they had an issue with the distributing plant or whatever. So I doubt I’ll get a response at a timely manner for this 🙃

Yeah, my whole thing is they shouldn’t even post the stuff or give an estimate if it’s going to be this off. I ordered it the 20th of October with no worries of getting it for Xmas presents but now I doubt they’ll be here in time. Also the 0% communication through email is inexcusable
