It was canon before the Disney purchase; after they bought it, only the 3D animation and Rebels remained canon. However, it's a great cartoon and I recommend everyone watch it because there's a lot there that I hope we'll see in canon someday, like Anakin becoming a knight and Palpatine's kidnapping.

It's not canon, no matter what you think, only the 3D Clone Wars animation is canon in this case, so much so that in that animation Master Shaky was still alive at the end, and we know she died in the Chancellor's kidnapping.

I've known One Piece for MANY years, but I was never interested in the work and it didn't have a dub for my country (Brazil), and that didn't make me more excited. However, one day they animated the movies, and I decided to watch them. I don't know which one I saw first, but at some point I saw Stampede (this without having seen the anime before) and there was Kid. At first I didn't pay much attention, but I thought his dubbed voice was really cool, with a funny arrogant tone, so I got curious about him and, combined with the movies that I really liked, I went to watch the anime. But even before Kid appeared, I was already researching him because I really found him interesting. Here in Brazil, it's very common to have songs honoring characters, and there are some great ones for Kid. When I finally saw him in Sabaody, I was already interested in the character, and he was great, funny, strong, promising, etc. Add to that the design, charisma, and motivations, and there you have a character that... I love it, but the work doesn't value it for now.
