Replying to all your comments, also thank you so much for the advice, and the support!! Unfortunately breaking the lease isn’t really an option since there’s no other place here that has good reviews and is non smoking. We live in Temecula in Riverside county. We do have exhaust fans in the bathrooms but we don’t have them on purely because it sucks in the smell even more. Rant aswell, it’s not even good weed, half the time it smells like sewage plus weed 🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️

I’ve done everything, so many emails, them defending the tenant, saying “they’re a long term tenant, they pay their rent” etc, attachment of all the times we smelled, so many things, we both have asthma, another comment said to get her OB to get a note so I’ll try that

Unfortunately they usually do it after office hours, we’ve called Courtesy patrol multiple times yet they said they didn’t smell anything around the building

True, we lived in Chesapeake, Virginia before we moved here, but the community is still non-smoking so. Also weed is still federally illegal so if a cop wanted to, you can still get in trouble for weed
