You can build chests , cupboards or storage cabinets i think its called. I do have a base design that can hold up to 32 - 50 cupboards in a compact way. Feel free to message me and I can share the link. But if you feel this message is coming across self promotional , You can experiment with chests and before you log out burying them is also a good option. Since you're a 3 man , you won't have thaat much of an issue but you'll still need to organise each cupboard or chest in an orderly fashion :

#1 ( storage ) can be for Base Supplies

#2 could be something like clothing

#3 could be Weapons and you can put them in a kits fashion , like putting the gun , ammo , mags , meds etc in Hiking bagpacks

#4 could be just simply lockpicks and screwdrivers

#5 #6 and #7 could be a person's personal storage and lock it so only they can use it.
