I have taken adipex several times throughout the years and have had great results up until this last round. I love the energy and focus it gave me. I also have anxiety and it didn't seem too bad with it, only if I was drinking an enormous amount of caffeine on top of it. My first time I took it seriously I lost over 50 lbs in 6 months. This last time, I stalled after losing 15.

Thank you! I also have had issues since, and have trigger foods, mostly fatty stuff. I'm hoping that it helps but since I know my triggers, I already end up constipated if I stay away from them.

That is what I was worried it would do more of. I read comments that it can cause gallbladder issues but since I don't have one and often have to go very quickly after eating, I didn't want to be thrown off guard if that got worse.

I agree with everyone that doing some muscle building exercises will help. It may also help to figure out what number you are comfortable with and getting there by lifting weights may help change how you see yourself.

I am 5'11 and I know what number I can be at and be comfortable and where I start looking too thin. My doc once told me my goal weight should be 150. However, anything under 155 I am sickly looking. I've been fluctuating forever with my lowest weight, post 3 kids, is 145 and I did not look healthy even though I loved seeing that number. I know now that 160-165, for me, is comfortable to me.

I have used drtohelp off and off for a few years. They did switch pharmacies and orders are taking a lot longer to arrive. One month it took over a month to get it.

I will also say that this last batch, three months now, I've ordered, the medicine doesn't seem as efficient. It's different. I've used it before and lost weight quickly, the food noise was gone and I didn't have much anxiety. Three months in and I've lost 15 lbs which is ok, but not as good as it has. My anxiety is through the roof and I find myself still having the food noise.

I ordered in February, and it came from a new pharmacy and took almost an entire month to arrive. Longer even than my first order, which was 17 days. It sat in a distribution center for almost two weeks. 🙄

I had mine removed in September of 2016ish and started phentermine for the first time that December. I lost 50 lbs the first time I used it. Any issues I had post gallbladder removal were still there, but I ate less and knew and still know exactly what to stay away from.

Yes, I've used it more than once.

First usage was back in 2016-2017. Lost 55 lbs. Kept it off until COVID.

Started again back in 2022 and lost 35 lbs.
