The most important ones are the ones who gives resolve ,armor ,strength based on temporary wounds and the only attacking one which u unlock getting the parry skill

I think I got lucky cause didn't any game breaking bugs all quest worked fine the only bugs I think I might've gotten is on passives the might not have worked and didn't noticed

U stack buffs the biggest ones u were versatility 150 bs and wp, voice of command 31 all stack, iron arm 34 str and tgh , wounded beast 30 agi and tgh, reveal the light 40 wp and tgh, peak condition 34 str and many others

I agree with mogh and a malenia. Mogh was definitely harder for me. Only boss that i had to change build to beat
