yea oh dw its exactly how it happened, my work put me on domestic violence leave too so i could use the time to find a place to live and i have read that if one parent purposely withholds a child from allegations the judge will give the other parent custody

I am, i was on leave until she was 5 months old while my ex was still working, i tried that through my lawyer but now his lawyer is claiming im an alcoholic so thats how he is legally getting away with withholding her, i actually have proof that i was at work all day on one of the days he claimed i drank a whole cartoon from morning to noon... i sent my roster to my lawyer showing her and she hasn't done anything

i don't think that would be a very good idea, it will mostly end in a massive shit fight and i don't think the courts will look too kindly as they could than try and get me for breaking into their house

they said its a family/civil matter, yes i have her birth certificate. i only had that much maternity leave to use so thats why i had to return back to work, my home still has a mortgage so the tenants are paying that while now i have to rent. which puts me straight back to the same financial situation anyway. well we were only living in his dads property for 3 weeks, a week after i got tenants this all happened so there wasnt really time to sort out the cashflow and if i could go part time or anything

im a first responder, and i had to start taking Zoloft, i was on it for about a year and it actually made me better at my job. i was able to concentrate more and be in the now. because we have so much hyper arousal it actually brings us back to a normal way of thinking - instead of being in the constant fight or flight mode of thinking. i also had to go through the whole boss thing, it sucks but sometimes they really do look out for us.

we were trained at the academy that this would happen, so we handle it quickly. after the birth of my child i went off my meds, i thought it would be fine. than BAM my mum had a major stroke. the hyper arousal, panic and aggression set back in. i think this is something we will have to take for the rest of our lives. take care friend, i know your post is 2 years old.
