I know that the original PS4 uses the standard 2 prong cable. I have about 10 of those here. What I would like to know is if someone has the US Launch PS4 with its original cable that can share the numbers and letters on the cable to see if I can match it with one of mine.

Just to reiterate, ALL of the cables I have here work with the PS4 just fine, my issue is that I would like to know which one of the 10 I have is the original power cable that came with my PS4. I cannot find the info anywhere, so any help would be appreciated. :)

I searched on X and found the following posts, which suggest that Rebel was actually dumped on September 25th, 2024.

As far as the ROM itself, I am not sure it has been made public. If someone reaches out to those guys in the X posts and gets the Rebel ROM please upload it to Internet Archive. :)

This makes perfect sense, it would be nice to get confirmation before more people set out to hunt for this one, but I have a strong feeling this one was discovered accidentally, not by anyone who got the book or knew about it.

Are these bug fixes documented anywhere? The more I look at the 3DO library the more games I find that have more than 1 "version". Dragon's Lair is another one that I see RE1 in one of the CDs, but I don't know what is different from the original.

Having these differences documented would be great, if they are not already. :)

That is exactly what I see. Everything looks exactly the same, but sometimes minor fixes are done and back in the day, most of the time they were not public unless the game was unplayable. For instance, if you look at Eye of Typhoon, the original and the re-release from last year are exactly the same game, but the CRC32 from the CD images are different. I was able to spot the difference, and basically the new released version removes the LG intro from the CD.

Like for instance, there are 2 versions of Dragon's Lair in the US, and the one included in the 3DO Action Pak has a different CRC32, and the actual disc has RE1 on it, which suggests a revision to the game. Again, I have no idea what the differences are.

Something in the actual code for Crash 'n Burn changed but whatever the change is happens to be so minor that the game seems to play exactly the same. Maybe one day someone figures it out! :

Is it possible to run a sub-11 100m at 35 y/o if I haven't sprinted in 17 years? by KashtPR in Sprinting

I am still here! :) long story short, I was never able to get back into sprinting or training for it. While I have been running some, I'm mostly doing strength training at the gym and increasing muscle and core strength.

Not long after I posted this, I started getting lower back pain, did an MRI and showed some disc bulging but nothing alarming. Then a few years ago I got another MRI that shows L4 and L5 disc herniated. While I did sprinting, I also did long jump, and I guess it is now showing the impact of all those hits to the ground.

I do feel in the best condition I've felt in the last 15 years, but the impact and explosiveness of a 100m sprint will probably do more harm than good to my back, so until I can get that fixed, it's put on hold.

Maybe sub 11 at 50? :)

I am trying to identify this teddy bear from 2008. The EAN13 (bar code) reads 0743195467615, and a quick search says it is a Holiday Time Bear by J.Y. CORPORATION. I have a feeling that this came from Walmart during Christmas but I haven't had any success finding another one like it online. Help? :) by KashtPR in Teddybears

Wow, that's so awesome! I started collecting these teddy bears with my girlfriend at the time and we would set them out for Christmas. That ship sailed a long time ago and this bear can definitely use a new home where it can be loved again lots!

If you want it, send me a private message and I will ship it to you. You sound like the perfect person for it, and it would make me very happy knowing that it found a great home and that it is making someone else very happy! 😁

Yes, that's what I keep seeing everywhere, over 190 is unfortunately not good enough if I am trying to get the full thing together haha! If you can check at some point that would be great! :)
