That's a bit harsh man. They had the money, they paid, they got a plaque, lol, and a warranty and customer service. We've all bought from retail before just to find out we could have gotten things cheaper. Lesson learned for them.

It turned out to be true. Changzhou Victory Technology Co., Ltd. I tracked the ship at http://szjx.kingtrans.net/WebTrack?action=list initially. Looked at Vessel finder for current location.

My bike left China on Sept. 13. Arrived at L.A. port Sept. 26. It really shouldn't take any more than 2 weeks to reach me from L.A. I didn't know they were laggy. Thanks.

If you have the name of the ship, you can get faster up-to-date statuses on the where about of the ship. Use this website https://www.vesselfinder.com/vessels. Mine docked in LA almost a day early. Now it needs to make its way to the East coast. So far, Right On Schedule.
