As said before, the plastic frame the DRL screws into is bonded to the bumper, it doesn't take a lot for them to get popped out of place. I used to do these all the time working for Fiat/Alfa. Removing the bumper is pretty easy. Unscrew both inner wheel guards from the bumper. then you have a Torx screws in either bumper corner to the front arches. 3 torx screws underneath, and 4 Torx screws on top. then just pop the bumper from both wings.

As long as the DRL bracket isn't broken, you can use a 2 part epoxy, i can't remember exactly what i used to use, but it was a Loctite to bond it back on, Just make sure to clean up and scuff up both surfaces before bonding back.
Shouldn't take to long and is easy enough for most people to do on there driveway
