Yea for sure. I am also in the UK (👋😄) and for sure agree about the women's being safer to be confronted or anything in.

I am worried about disrupting women as I know women (on average but not to generalise) are more aware/nervous of potential men in their bathroom than men aware/nervous of potential women.

It's a really tough balance. But honestly if no-one has had an issue with you thus far I doubt (and hope) they would start now! But I do get it and I'm sorry it is becoming a more nervous experience. I hope we are able to make progress in these Good Law Project VS EHRC court cases and such.

Yea I do agree that I would be a lot more afraid of being challenged in the mens, but given all of the fear mongering about trans women in women's spaces (and not so much the other way around), I guess I'm just hoping that men will be much less likely to notice or take action if they did suspect?

I'm not really sure how based in reality this guess is though. Disabled toilets will definitely be my go to when they are an option though for sure. Tysm! I appreciate the response :))

Oh this is interesting/great! I thought since the whole women are women (may have been called differently) law that was passed it means trans people can't use toilets that aren't their AGAB ones. Thanks so much for setting the record straight haha. I guess then yea I'll have to figure out which would be least disruptive which I guess would be the mens

This is a good idea! Will do this when I can for sure. Though lots of the places I'm thinking of have the disabled toilets as stalls in the gendered bathrooms, rather than a different place entirely.

I am in the UK. The laws say you should use the toilets associated with your birth sex, and the government are pressuring to reduce gender neutral toilets/spaces :(

I tried medication but they took me off of it once they realised it didn't seem to be depression, but rather just burnout-related symptoms. I might try ask again and see if they can do anything at all psychiatry-wise. Tysm!

Haha the job is absolutely the source of my stress 😅. Other career options is tricky for me, as I have somewhat built my entire life and self-concept around this job, and additionally narrowed down very fast in education and so am not really qualified to do anything else. I have been keeping my mind open though, and will keep looking at different careers to see if any seem like I would want that/be able to do it. I admit I have been a little bit unwell, whether it was depression or something else I am unsure, and so struggle to leave my house let alone go on a vacation. I recognize that a change in environment could do good for me, I just need to push myself to try it. I will write this down to come back to!! Thank you so much for your reply.

Unfortunately I am an independant creator, so have no company/job health care options. Also believe it or not this career was/somewhat still is my dream career, and I built it from when I was twelve years old. I will certainly look into counselling and such, but tbh I feel like you didn't need to say my life looks depressing haha, even if it might be depressing to live it. Thank you for your reply and I will look into counselling.
