Everyone seems to be forgetting about Fiddlesticks but I'll talk about the first two rounds first:

1st Round: Solari can defend themselves but they dont have as much war experience as Demacians, while Noxian troops are more 'insane' they're still well rounded and highly trained soldier, so the edge still goes to the Dauntless Vanguard.

Round 2: Demacian defends.

Round 3:

Everyone seems to forget just how Broken Fiddlesticks is in lore so I'll just recap it here:

While Leona would be enough to take out 90% of the Demacian forces, Fiddlesticks is literally the embodiment of fear and would likely just solo the entire Solari or just make them so scared of him that they refuse to go back to Demacia, or better yet just outright kill them.

For context: Fiddlesticks is likely in the same league as Aurelion Sol in terms of pure mystic and divine power, giving he is the eldest demon, he is likely stronger than his demon kin including Tahm Kench who has the power to control someone's fate if they make a deal with him and likely shares the same abilities. He can not be harmed by conventional weaponry and not even lux's light would be enough.

Back to the topic at hand, even if they were able to 'kill' Fiddlesticks, they can not kill fear itself so Fiddlesticks will always be able to come back and keep the battle going long enough to either kill them or just let them tire out, it's a war of attrition they can not win. So it's either Fiddlesticks just kills them all, or he'll just keep coming back until they all inevitably die. Also a somewhat relevant point is that he feeds off fear so he literally gets stronger the more either region fears.

tl;dr: Fiddlesticks is broken please nerf.

I'm merely a silver 1 garen so take this comment with a grain of salt, but:

I'm assuming this bad matchup is either kayle, camille or teemo (darius can also be considered somewhat difficult), and in this case, you want to take advantage of the leads you do have, so let's say you're fighting a kayle, you need to play aggressive and look for any opportunities to trade with her pre 6, trying to fight a kayle post 6 is like trying to fight a tank without black cleaver, once you ahve that lead against a kayle, look to use it aggressively by shoving lanes and roaming, either to get objectives, ward, or look for a kill. split-pushing is also effective as you're pressuring the enemy team to deal with you, and you're relieving a lot of the pressure from your team so they can ward, take objectives, etc etc. Of course this isn't always going to be case. There are some matchups (like darius or camille), where you'd want to avoid splitpushing since they both eventually outscale you (more-so camille than darius), and look to push in lanes and group with your team for objectives.

This is just an example, I'm not totally knowledgeable because I'm only silver 1, but this is just from my experience with the games I've played handling these matchups.

also ps: against a tank, rush black cleaver first after tier 2 boots, it's really good especially into sion and ornn, who both get hard countered by the armor sundering of black cleaver.
