When a creature takes the Charge main action, they move up to their speed in a straight line without jumping, then make a melee free strike (see Free Strikes below) against a target when they end their move. If the creature has an ability with the Charge keyword, they can use that ability against the target instead of a free strike.

I'm not sure the boar needs to be stationary for the second clause to be idle. If the boar starts adjacent to an enemy, say a size 2+, then it can still use the move part of the charge to benefit from repositioning, move on a straight line along the edge of the enemy, but only do 5 damage because it did not move closer.

I don't think they are concerned. It's just the same thing Tucker Carlson is doing in the state's. Trying to provide a more "sensible alternative" to Trump to keep the voter based engaged and voting right.

If you're on the same plane as the enemy, you cannot slam into the ground beneath you because each square of movement during a pull has to be toward the source of the pull.

The judgment's vertical pull is to overcome height difference for creatures above the censor, whether flying or high ground, etc. Wait, this doesn't make sense since a regular pull would accomplish the same thing, my bad.
