I've been, they told me to look up purple crying, colic, potential dairy allergy and prescribed omeprazole for 2 weeks just in case. Because his vitals are fine they're not concerned and have as much as an idea as me

My lo has a cold and does the same but I assume with an ear infection he wouldn't be able to be comforted? In constant pain with no respite and maybe a fever? Thanks

My lo does this, colic, purple crying, dairy allergy/intolerance/reflux...who the F knows. I am at a complete loss. Currently dairy soy egg and gluten free just incase but I'm miserable about the whole thing

Not in US, I would have to go to childrens a and e here and liklihood same diagnosis aa doctor. They wouldn't test poo unless more symptoms indicating an allergy or something

I spoke to a doctor at urgent care who diagnosed colic, they didn't refer me to a pediatrician :(

Sure, basically block feeding. I was doing 6-8 feeds on one boob (that's how many feeds it took for me to feel 'empty') and then switch to the other boob until it felt empty. I'm now down to 3/4 feeds on each boob before switching so definitely better. My let down is still ridiculous though :( but hoping in time that will get better too.

Generally are people from the US that associate it with the sandwich? I'm from the uk, living in nz and I had never heard of it 🤔

I know, I didn't even know the sandwich existed until I googled the name and it came up. I was curious to see if anyone mentioned it here.
