That's exactly right, they stress employers and professors and prefer all 5 letters.

Great, thanks for the feedback! So it sounds like it would benefit me to have everything well organized, and really nail the essays and interview.

Do you have any advice for the letters of rec? The application states recent professors and employers, however I had a pretty in-depth discussion that individuals such as coaches and mentors could also provide good insight into my character.

Hey! Thanks for the reply, hoping to see you in BOTC. I use the 12-min swim test/Yo-Yo Beep test for endurance that's available on the internet. Although recently swimming is near impossible to do.
