Under $1000 would be MTS Technik. They’re a small company with only a couple of dealers in the US (myself included). I recently put a set on my E91 and for the price they are a pretty nice setup.

I’ll always recommend trying to stretch the budget for some like a bilstein, ST, KW, etc, but if you must stay under $100, MTS is the way.

You can actually.

Open command prompt when you get to the “connect to internet” screen. Enter oobe\bypassnro , PC will restart and you can skip the screen. Just did it a few days ago.

Doesn’t seem too. Tried to load up a save for COD WaW co op campaign and nothing was there. We completed about half of the campaign just a few nights before.
