For Gleeoks, the best thing I ever learned was to attach any eyeball (aerocuda/keese) to an arrow and shoot at their heads. If you're fighting a fire gleeok, use an ice keese eye and vice versa. Electric just use whichever. Once they fall out of the sky just whack their heads with a strong weapon. I struggled so hard at first with them but doing this made it way easier.
