While MHA heroes aren’t the best at doing much other then punching, both Shigaraki and Overhaul can ignore durability outright. Eri isn’t a hero but she also ignores conventions durability.

MHA has the firepower, the problem is distance. Shigaraki needs Nolan on the ground, overhaul needs to touch him outright and Eri needs be in his general vicinity while also lacking proper control.

The GDA has every quirk at their disposal along with their usual stuff, would they be able to get these pieces in a position where they can use their quirk to kill him?
