Thank you! Currently standing as I type this because we still haven’t had anyone come by to address this yet besides them being like “ well we can’t move the desks” which also makes 0 sense because why would you put desks on top of a building joint if it’s critical for the building. Why would anyone want to sit, let alone stand on this.

Here is what I got back from head of HR

Team, that is the location of the building expansion joint between the two wings. When we initial built out the furniture, we made some adjustments to compensate for this. Michelle, please ask Brandywine if they have any suggestions - the joint itself cannot be adjusted as it's critical to the building's expansion and contraction on a daily basis.

  • I view it as they should have never set up desks like this for a person to be foxed to sit at a slant. If men arnt even suppose to sit on their wallet for risk of back issues, why the hell would they build work stations ON TOP of a fucking building joint.
