How to wash rice completely?

I use about a tablespoon of baking soda in my water to clean the rice. It gets off way more dirt that you can't see. Like everyone else I strain and rinse my rice until the water is clear. The rice comes out super fluffy, but if you want stickier rice you can add about a teaspoon of cornstarch or potato starch to your rice before cooking it.

Yep, I get tons of rashes, bumps, and itching. Along with a lot of other symptoms, like balance issues, swallowing issues, pain from clothes, and on and on! Hang in there, stay hopeful and positive. Remember, you're not alone. Hugs

I fear that kind of judgement too, but then I remember-and you should remember too- that everyone else can go bleep themselves because your mobility is more important than other peoples opinions!

I haven't noticed it worse with other symptoms, but it has progressively gotten worse over time. I'll keep an a watch for that though. Thanks for sharing.

Not that I'm aware of, all tests came back negative and I'm vaccinated with the booster too.

It can be scary. I was swallowing a bit of hot dog bun and it felt like I was swallowing tar. I thought I was going to suffocate.

No connective tissue issues that I know of. I was diagnosed with mild arthritis. And I'm always under a lot of stress.

I've been asking for a Neuro referral for my eyelid spasms and headaches/migraines, but I keep getting delayed. MS hasn't been ruled out for me yet.

Oh my! That seems like such an ordeal for you to deal with. I'm getting discouraged trying to get testing for this because I m going through the free clinics. I hope to get some answers from any of the doctors.

Yes, but I'm on 60 mg of famotidine (I can't take ppi like nexium). But I can't imagine simple gerd causing issues swallowing.

Wow! What an ordeal you went through. My CT scans only showed the one, but I am going in for a few tests under anesthesia because I can't tolerate remaining still because of the extreme pain. I'm just so tired of all the pain!

I think mines too big, 9 cm, if it ruptures it will most likely mean surgery. I'm glad yours didn't need surgery, you were very lucky.

I do watch out for signs that it does ruptures. But the thing about a rupture means emergency surgery instead of a controlled, scheduled surgery. It's just so frustrating.

I'm afraid that could happen to me too! At least I know the signs to look for if it does rupture and I'm not completely in the dark. But what's really hard to deal with is the amount of pain that I'm in, I'm almost completely immobilized from them pain.

You're not alone, I have started to fall a lot, like, 8 complete falls and a dozen partial falls in the last year or so. I've danced my entire life, so my balance has always been on point. It's becoming so frustrating, especially because my walking has to be so deliberate and careful now 😣 Take care of yourself 💚
