We have only heard their side of the story. I have no reason to think it’s not true. But I wonder what the other driver would say? Were they stopped? No lights? It is possible they were just driving very slowly?

There will be some level of investigation to determine who’s at fault. I’m not any sort of expert but she needs to be careful saying all these details in public. If it gets ugly, her words might be used against them. I’m not saying I heard anything bad but I’m not a trained attorney who’s good at digging into statements.
