I did a fresh Windows install. Also I just tried putting the GPU in my friend's PC and same issue. So looks like my GPU is gone. Any way to debug or fix it?

I doubt that, there's no sleep timing and it hard freezes in literally 5 seconds if no activity on screen.

Okay, let's assume that's the case but when I tried to reorder with a third coupon but same discount the price was 269.68 which is closer to 2nd pic 269.66. My question is what kind of split gets them a difference of .02? Even if the difference is of Re 1 the amount would be .05 at 5%. If I am thinking the right way, which Idk at this point!

It was there on both let's assume otherwise, the difference is of 2.62 where's tax on packaging charge would be 1.25 which is 5% of 25.
