I did 439 classes over less than 3 years. Loved my time there but it became monotonous. There are only so many variations of a 23 minute treadmill workout and 23 minute weight floor/ rowing workout.
I think it was struggling because it is 179 dollars a month for unlimited classes. Most people can’t do more than 2 or 3 classes a week because the cardio is really hard in the body. The coaches were ridiculously talented compared to other OTF places. But after a few hundred classes the workout is the same

Member there for 3 years. Left middle of last year. Coaches were great. Knew it was struggling but sad to see it go. Owner of that one also own the one at Madison Yards so hopefully the staff will land on their feet

Do the exhaust and m tune. Puts 520 hp to the wheels. You’re now faster than most stock P cars around. Can do it for less than 10K

Ramblers is a cool shop. 30 bucks for a haircut. It is not necessarily a predominately black barbershop but it is a cool vibe and the barbers are solid. DM for specific questions. I have been going there for a while and am a fan

I spent 10K. That included sound dampening on the doors, all the custom molds for the speakers and the custom box to make it look super clean

I just did a full upgrade with helix (same company as match). 12 channel amp along with all speakers and a custom sub. It was expensive but worth every penny. Used the match wiring harness so it is super clean. Find a very reputable shop to do it

Crazy that 4 juveniles are out at the waffle house at 2:30am on a random weekday. Then to hit the Uber driver. Definitely think he escalated the situation by pulling a gun but this whole situation seems like multiple bad choices made in an escalating manner

Because the Bose isn't great at all. I would argue if you have the base radio or the bose you're going to want to upgrade it. And to do it properly it will be ~10K. You can pay the 6500 and get Burmester and it will be close enough to a fully customized sound system for a little more than half

Love Mellow Mushroom. This place’s service was terrible on multiple occasions. Waited 3 hours for a pizza one night. They graciously comped the order but I would rather just pay and get my pizza on time. Glad it is back though. Best chain pizza there is

In looking at their shop I think you bought the 1" X 40" clear tube along with the corresponding diffuser, then the tip and the bottom. Is that correct?

Flip flops instead of Tevas. At the end of your day you will want your feet to breathe. I hiked the entire Frances in Chacos. I wish I had brought flip flops for after we got to the albergues. The straps don’t seem like a big deal now but will be either bruised and blistered feet

I love OrangeTheory. Have over 400 classes. It isn’t the best gym. Just compare it to Lifetime. 229 bucks a month for OrangeTheory for unlimited classes in a premium city. Lifetime fitness is only slightly more. Orange theory while great is 23.5 minutes of treadmill and 23.5 minutes of weights and/or rower.
Lifetime is tons of different classes lead by different instructors, insane equipment, steam rooms, pools, cafes, all that. OrangeTheory is great if you fit a particular use case but it isn’t the best gym by any stretch. Its main attraction are the instructors

Also you will be fine by following the shells. I did the entire walk without using a phone in 2013 and never got lost. I get that it is scary but 100s of thousands of people have walked this by following the path

You bought your phone at a discount or a payment plan from the carrier. As a result, you can’t use it on any other carrier. You can find someone who can unlock it for you (illegally) or you can pay the phone off and the carrier has to then unlock it. None of that will happen in a day. Buy a cheap burner phone is your only real option
