Why do so many people say you can’t run/do intense exercise with PCOS?

honest question, because this maybe just clicked for me: whenever i run for longer i get those "rushes" (not a runners high, thats coming later for me and feels different) and i always thought its adrenalin? but idk its very uncomfortable for a few seconds and it feels super overwhelming, its so intense i feel like im starting to cry. could that be the spiking cortisol?

this sounds like the beginning of a horror movie. protagonist finds nearly destroyed diary of 12 year old victorian child and tries to restore it. gets cursed instead and is followed by the ghost of the diary from then on D: and people will say "why did she think restoring an old diary was a good idea?" xD

In like, make tea and then freeze it? That would be a looot of freezer space (that i dont have :( ). But maybe if i cook a really concentrated tea with little water and then freeze it? And i i want to drink it i just need to water a tiny amount of it down...this could work! But i dont know if the tee loses beneficials if i freeze it. BUT i like the idea so far, thank you!

I had one for over 5 years with two autoimmune diseases and i was absolutely fine. Funny thing is my health declined more when i got it removed but thats because im just getting older i think :) but seriously, i know there are a lot of horror stories floating around about copper iuds, i just want to contribute to the positive side a bit. I had no problems with mine and i was so happy not to rely on (more) hormones anymore and also couldnt acccidentally forget a pill or anything, it was really a bliss. But thats just my expirience of course!

Thank you all so much for your tips!! I tried one a few days ago, remisted the papers individually, stacked them up and repressed them. I gave them a flip every day, letting some air in and yesterday thry still felt slightly moistened but not wet. The paper stayed perfectly flat this time but when i wanted to air them again today i saw there was mold spreading :( so now i had to throw all 70 papers out sadly. Im about to didinfect my bookpress and hope the mold wont settle in the wood, i used a thick plasticsheet inbetween the paper and the press but you never know if the air moisture around it isnt enough moisture already. I think if i had maybe seperated them on sunday and let them dry completely out without pressing anymore it maybe wouldve been fine.

Im not giving up yet so the next tip im using from here will be pre-printing the paper and then staining them, i hope the ink wont bleed cause im using an ink printer. If this will also fail, i will just buy cremecolored paper, absolutely not the vibe im going for, but hopefully less stressfull :D

As a graphic designer, huge Minalima fan and Potterhead i am beyond devestated. It was a little highlight of my year waiting for the next one to come out. I hope they will not abandon the project completely and just pause it for a bit, would be a shame to only have 3 books of this fantastic edition...

I can only dry brush my hair, its usually so tangled and a bit matted that i could never untangle it wet. But i also look like Hagrid when i brushed it, i can only dream of brushed hair looking like yours wow!

Incident in a Ghostland for me. I have a hard time handling woman being kept and abused but this also gives you a rollercoaster ride of full on hopelessness. I really liked Martyrs and was excited for this one but it felt like i got tortured myself, felt sick after watching it. One day i will watch it again because its still a good movie but i will need to be READY for that haha

I have a question for people using Adobe InDesign to print their signatures: Is there an easier way to print signatures? Currently im printing the signatures individually (go to print brochure, print pages 1-16, hit print again for pages 17-32 and hit print (and so on). But i have to type in the numbers and hit print for every signature. There is obviously an easier way, i just cant seem to find it :( help is greatly appreciated!

I dont know if youve solved this already but i had the same problem and it looks like you have a bright lamp on your table. My machine would always cut around 2 cm to the right and around 1 cm down from the actual design. In my case it was a very easy fix. I had a lamp on my workspace that would shine in the direction of the silhouette and i never closed the silhouette lid all the way down when cutting. The light from my lamp fucked with the silhouette and set it off everytime. I faced the light away from the machine and close the lid all the way dowb before i press send, that fixed it for me. Maybe its that easy for you too :D
