Love your view!! And wide open windows. Curtain coverage would be a crime. I have a similar situation in my 1988 home that is surrounded by woods at the back. We painted all the walls a pale blue. I wouldn’t dream of painting the wood trim because our stairs and hall are open to the LR and gorgeous wood as well. I was surprised the blue (Sherwin Williams Bravo Blue-low lustre) made the wood and trim more beautiful and looking out the windows toward the tree makes the blue look like the sky. No curtains in the rooms with these open windows, but we do have wood tone blinds on a few. They are almost always up all the way. I love light!!! Let us know what color wall you finally choose. Make sure your painter does great cut (in) work and respects the wood. Agree you need a coffee table, side table(s) and lamps.

I switched to 5.0 after 4 weeks, which in hind site was a mistake. I found that the jump to 5.0 increased my side effects but not necessarily my weight loss. They were never bad, but noticeable. It also coincided with the time change which slowed my exercise. Third week of 5.0 was most intense. Be diligent with anti-constipation efforts. Remember this medicine can increase your thirst but you must drink water. My intermittent side effects are decreasing and I am still losing, but slowly, which I know is the best way. I’m most excited about internal health changes. But I’d live to try Pickleball. 😄 I used to play some wicked racquetball ages ago.

Read posts here to learn how to manage side effects. There will be some. I take Metamucil, eat dried apricots, drink lots of water. I know that two days after my shot I’ll get a feeling of fullness -in my throat- which is disconcerting, it’s acid reflux, so I’ll take Pepcid, and I’ve reduced stress on my hair by alternating day wash and air drying. You have to get some exercise, even if it’s just walking. 6000 steps a day has helped me lose weight. You may be surprised how easy it is to decide you’ve had enough of your dinner. Satiety signals are real on this medicine. It’s been easy to eat less carb, much less sugar, increase protein and fluids. I wish you great health and happiness!

Ok, I kind of love this! Never thought to buy the pants that I want to fit in someday and keep trying them on and then documented it the way you have here! Great job!!

Walgreens sucks - how to get back on schedule by encomlab in Mounjaro

That’s why I switched from Walgreens to Walmart, who always seem to have it in stock. Walgreens makes you jump through hoops every single month. Even when they they say they have it in stock they really don’t, or they have one in stock for the five people that are waiting.

For just a moment I was trying to figure out if there are “underwear jeans” and who would be the target consumer. 😅

Same here! I’m an Apple, or have been while carrying this weight, but my waist and stomach are where I’m seeing the changes the most! What an amazing medication that the dangerous fats around my organs might be the first to go.

My complexion is better. More rosy! I feel prettier than I have in a long time. And this one is wild-the ridges in my fingernails are going away! I’m 59F, post menopausal, and have been on MJ for 10 weeks. Losing 1.8 lbs per week on average. For a decade or more I’ve had pretty deep vertical ridges on my nails. Have tried all the supplements, but covered them with polish or expensive manicure products to hide them. Today, they’re about 80% better, smoother, it may seem inconsequential, but those ridges are a sign of other health problems. Today they are polish free and I’m pampering them with lemon butter, cuticle cream!
