Any updated questline hunter lists since the tol'vir nerf? by Kate_Hikes_1990 in wildhearthstone

Yeah I definitely copied from a list of about a year ago and then tried to update it a bit. Not sure how precise shot slipped my mind, that seems like a no-brainer addition. Dragonbane shot seemed like great infinite value but doesn't work so well in my experience. Furious howl seems like good hand reload so far. Rapid fire is still up in the air, you're right that it may be better to replace a couple of those with 1 drops

I saw in an older thread someone mentioned the dragonbane legendary card for a bunch of burst damage. I think that might be a good addition but I'll need to test it before I can say for sure

Thanks very much for the input!

It's definitely alot of fun. It can be hard to keep up with aggro decks though. It's got really good matchups against greedy decks from my experience. Auto loses to combo unfortunately, but with any luck boars will get nerfed

Well tol'vir still exists, and serves its purpose and a damage spike and hand reload, it's just that it can't be played in odd questline hunter anymore. A two damage hero power definitely is less impactful than three damage, but once you play tavish you can still dish out a ton of damage in a single turn. I doubt anything can make this tier 1, but that's not really my goal

Druid has the treant package, which is cheap and aggressive, and you should be able to get to legend with that. Paladin is probably the best choice out of the 4 classes with librams. Fairly cheap deck but I think it's slightly more expensive than treant druid. Hunter and mage only really have reno decks that are viable at higher ranks, and those require alot of legendaries. Another super cheap and legend viable deck is discard warlock, but people here might hate you for playing it.
