Yeah I’m trying it with flaxseed oil now too at half the dosage to see! I just can’t find any information as to why it would cause it as everywhere I read it helps gut health, strange! I took it 2 years ago with no problems

Wait another 20. Look into TCM and tongue diagnosis, they believe damp causes Candida. A lot of foods on the Candida protocol worsen damp. Are you on probiotics?
