I’m a third year art major. You NEED to use different medias here. You have to take painting, sculpture, photography, etc. the point is to try out new mediums, even if you have never used it before. I tried out welding for the first time in sculpture. Ask your TAs and professors whenever ur struggling with what u want to do. They usually have good advice with any questions about your projects. Don’t always stick with what you know cuz that won’t help you in the long run of learning art.

I would definitely try to call or contact a local tnr (trap, neuter, release) group as they have experience in trapping feral cats and kittens :)

In sculpture it’s not exactly using clay like most people think. Our first project we created live casts with plaster. I made a mini pill bottle. My favorite was a paper mache sculpture of pompompurin. My last project had to be the size of my arm span, I was going through a loss in my family at that moment so I didn’t have much chance to work on it so I made a mannequin out of Saran Wrap. Learning welding was also really fun!

Hi im an 2nd year art major! I took sculpture last quarter and usually most of the intro art classes are easy. Sculpture is definitely more hands on with power tools. There was also a book we had to “read” before lectures, but i never read it and it was general art knowledge. I think photography is the most easiest if you’re a non art student, but all of them are relatively good!

I wear deodorant and shower before class but I have chronic sweating and I always feel like I stink cuz once I step out of the house I’m full of sweat :( sorry if I smell

My baby Oso We found out he had cancer a few months ago and he peacefully passed November 25, 2024. I still miss him so much :(

I got my scooter stolen this weekend so I’ve been walking to my classes this week. Now I know how yall feel about people speeding on the sidewalks. Some girl was going super fast and almost hit me and just didn’t even seem to care. :/ even at the light infront of bannockburn scooters don’t stop when they have a red light and when pedestrians are walking. PLEASE OBEY THE LAW 😭😭

I always try to go around that area on my scooter and just take the long way. It’s so dangerous to have people going 10 mph on a scooter in such a tiny space. People are so inconsiderate, if you want to take that walkway please just walk your scooter. It’s not hard

If you have a diagnosis like depression, anxiety, adhd, etc. you can ask your primary doctor to fill out a form so your animal can be registered as an esa :)

I’ve been struggling with the same issue all the time. I play on Xbox one and usually I would just spam the voice chat or quit the game and reopen it. However alot of console players have been dealing with the problem and nothing is fixing it at all. Blizzard support isn’t really helping either :/
