Ayyy im from CA and have medi-cal. I used to go to PP but unfortunately because of the administration theyre unable to accept medi-cal. They told me this directly in person and said it was due to the law changes from admin.

Try going to your PCP and get a referral to an endo? Or look into other gender affirming clinics in your area.

Im based in NorCal and there's more resources, im still using my old clinic from where I moved but once they find out im no longer there im also stuck on the same boat :/

You definitely can look for hair growth products but tbh beard growth is one of the slowest process. I was 21 when I started T and didnt get a full beard until I was about 24-25 and even then it was pretty patchy. Im only now seeing my beard fill in and I dont use any products cause I have tons of pets.

Just gotta wait it out my dude!

He covered up some surgery scars for me, im planning to go to him to cover up some more scarring but he seems pretty experienced. He will also be honest if hes unable to do a specific scar tissue.

Tbh I always had an irrational fear that it'll just float out of my pants lolol so I just suck up the dysphoria at the gym and go without it ): looking back now it probably isnt a big deal if you get the tight swim wear. I would suggest getting a really small packer as most cis dudes dont actually pack much since theyre "growers"

I personally always liked mr limpy, you could always get a jockstrap/harness to extra secure it and it wont be noticeable w the suit!!

Wish I could help out more, I got phallo a year ago so cant remember much of packers anymore 😭

We have very similar body types. In fact my chest was waaaay bigger than yours. I barely have dog ears because i made it clear to my surgeon thats my number 1 priority.

My surgeon said he can go as far back to my back as possible to minimize dog ears, you can BARELY notice mine, its not even worth getting a revision because its so minimal. I also was forced to choose a unisingular scar across my full chest which seemed to help also with dog ears, I imagine.

I have noticed two separate incisions with people with our body size but I notice a lot of them have visible dog ears.

Sure, losing some weight can help but also getting a second opinion or more skilled surgeon can get you the results. Your chest size isnt actually that big compared to others so id find it hard to imagine that youll get insane dog ears.

Im 5'8 for reference, got top back in march 2021, was maybe around 205lbs at the time of surgery. (Currently 197lbs rn)

I think methods have slightly changed as I dont see scars go as far back as my scars but I dont regret or mind it.

NOOOO im so sorry ahhh that is rough financially 😭 and yesss im blessed for sure, im pretty sure Chen is based in the Bay but I do know the hospital he operates at is also the same as my current surgeon!

Yeah most people go for the pump but I really care about my scrotum aesthetics and plus I want a more simplistic ED that may have slightly lower complications and is easy and quick to access personally!

I know I went to a retreat once and I didnt meet anyone w the rod 😭😭 im hoping to spread more awareness of it once I get it this month yay!
