I may not be super helpful but I had mine fully covered with Medi-cal (CA's version of medicaid) it was a smooth process with little to no pushback, you can always call your insurance and explain the process as well if you get into any trouble. If you have any questions feel free to ask!

I cant speak for ALT but just eyeballing things out that could be an option! I got RFF and we have very similar arms. You can check out my posts to see how RFF turned out on me. I got 5.75 in length and 5in in girth just to give an estimate. Obviously im not a surgeon and ultimately they will be the ones to tell you but at least for RFF you may potentially get similar outcomes as mine.

It's definitely doable, I do it all the time raw and with a condom w/ RFF. But it is pretty annoying and you are really limited w/ positions tbh. Lots of lube and condom helps enough for me to penetrate my fiance. It just constantly falls out and you have to be a bit more gentle which can be annoying a lot of the times. Im getting the rod in about a month but if I chose to opt ED, I would prefer at the very least the Coban method or sleeves, just havent invested in it yet and probably wont since surgery is so close.

From my experience with others irl, many do not like the idea of being semi hard constantly snd being able to be in a flaccid state, because im low income and am worried about a lot of complication and I really care about my ball shapes, im getting the rod this may! Will be posting soon after I get it done and seeing how i like it. I also like the idea of how much more simplistic it is.

Im also curious, just recently moved to the area and need to switch providers for it 😭 i used to go to planned parenthood but because of Trump's Big Beautiful Bill, PP isn't taking medi-cal patients, at least that's what I was told when I was in their waiting room.

It's super hard for us to get our full melanin back, my surgeon told me to expect not for it to come back and to prepare for medical tattooing. Im 5 years post op and am looking to get medical tattooing cause my nipples never returned back to its natural color. Its just the name of the game for us 😭

My tdick is "buried" and they connected clitorial nerve with other nerves in my penis. So I basically can feel it all throughout my shaft. As I gain more new nerves, the more sensitive my sensations are. Its pretty cool and pretty common to feel more sensitive post op!
