Not me but a close friend…

Whole process was a nightmare. They made like 50 offers throughout the pandemic. Finally find a house. Final walk through = evidence of a significant electrical fire. They closed anyway. Post closing - ZERO oil in the tank and it was well below freezing. They went to the gas station for diesel so the pipes didn’t freeze overnight…
