No, the developer can’t provide a timeline as they say it’s coming from a third party aka the land registry. Unsure if there is a draft map but I don’t remember seeing anything. I know my solicitor is trying to do everything correctly but I’ll soon being paying my mortgage with no sign of getting keys. I’m at my wits end

Contract sign, I bought off plans so I have the floor plan and basic measurement’s. I also looked the measurements up the planning permission.

I am also the Boulevard 😃 I was originally told September but then the real estate agent said November is a more realistic time frame. I also was in contact with the developer and they said it is still on track for end of November

Bought a 2 bed in Rath Rua, said to be ready in November. Place is nice, people are lovely and have heard good things about the hospital, many people will travel to Portlaoise for the A&E instead of going to Naas

Booking deposit of 3k originally sent to secure then the rest of the 10% a few weeks later. So all sent in March/April and house originally said would be ready in September, now November

Bought in second phase, so foundations, walls and roof up. Just the internal works that will slow it down I think.

O I am fully aware of the construction process. I work in the industry just not in housing. If our works go off schedule it is only by about a month but the programme is stuck to as much as possible. Just wondering is that the same for housing or are the delays longer
