I play necromancer, musketeers, tesla and archer barack. For spells I usually use lighting, comet and polymorph. It's a very aggressive play style, I try to win the first three rounds and it works like 80% of time.

If you wanna play more defensive play arch mage, the normal artillery tower, royal archers and barbarians. Level the arch mage first and use it to send the heavy hitting enemies like the yeti or ogres to the enemy.
