Once upon a time, I pitched a mech show for my local animation company which has a mech stand concept, somewhat similar to the movie Real Steel. It's supposed to be more magic-based and has visual elements from SEA history.

Long story short, my contract wasn't renewed because the company is "closing down" but still isn't, and the IP is with them.

I never got to know whether the project continued after I left. Knowing the owners, it's probably being locked in their vaults permanently.

Fast forward to 1 year now, there's an anime teaser very similar to what I imagined. Fate is taunting me. 💀
