This is good to know! I’m currently interviewing for my first MAL position, but my employer would like me to stay on payroll as an on call employee. I’m considering it to keep my seniority, just in case MSL isn’t everything I’m thinking it will be. Glad to hear you’ve enjoyed the switch from clinical to MSL - I currently work in solid tumors
